Actor Information:

- REMINDER TO WEAR WARM CLOTHES TOMORROW. WARMTH IS IMPORTANT. Also, if there is any problems with the weather, or schedule changes, I will send out an email as early as I can, so please check your email periodically. If the weather gets worse outside, we will find alternatives to film inside as well, and will keep you apprised of the changes.

- Bear in mind, if the weather continues to worsen, and we lose rehearsal time, we may have to have rehearsal on Monday (1/12).

Saturday, 1/10: 1:00-11:00p – Main Stage - TECH

1:00: Full Cast Called (No Herod, Pilate, Caiaphas, Annas)

5:30: Herod, Pilate, Caiaphas, Annas Called for Costume Fitting

5:30: Judas, Angels, Dancing Men, Superstar Dancers

6:00: Herod, Herod Dancers

6:30: Crew Called

· 1:00-5:00 Filming

· 5:00-6:30 Dinner Break

· 5:30-6:00 Work on Superstar Choreography

· 6:00-6:30 Work on Herod's Choreography

· 6:30-11:00 Run-Thru Show with costumes that are available

*Once your specific filming section has finished, you will need to head back to the Tin Barn to try on whatever costume pieces you have, and then you will be able to go on your break.

**Depending upon how quickly the filming gets through, we may end earlier and give you a longer dinner beak, but it is all dependent upon the weather.

- Maria had a suggestion for the ladders leading offstage of the 8ft platforms to free up some space for those entrances/exits. She suggested finding a way to attach them to the back of the juliette or side walls so that people could step sideways off of them onto the platform.
